Overview

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns or refunds may be issued for products purchased from BFS Gun Boss. Due to federal firearm regulations and distributor policies, certain items are not eligible for return once transferred to the buyer.

Firearms

  • All firearm sales are considered final once the firearm has been transferred to the buyer by the receiving Federal Firearms License dealer.

  • Firearms purchased through BFS Gun Boss must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License dealer selected by the buyer. The receiving dealer will conduct the required background check and complete all transfer paperwork before releasing the firearm to the buyer.

  • Customers must inspect the firearm at the receiving dealer before completing the transfer. If the firearm appears damaged, defective, or incorrect, do not complete the transfer and contact BFS Gun Boss immediately.

  • Once the firearm transfer has been completed, the firearm cannot be returned.

Background Check Denial

If a customer fails the required background check, the firearm must be returned through the receiving Federal Firearms License dealer.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, transfer fees charged by the dealer, and a thirty-five percent restocking fee.

Refusal of Transfer

If a customer chooses not to complete the firearm transfer after the firearm has been shipped to the receiving dealer, the firearm must be returned to BFS Gun Boss through the dealer.

Return shipping costs and a thirty-five percent restocking fee will apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Firearms

Customers must inspect the firearm before completing the transfer with the receiving dealer.

If a firearm arrives damaged or incorrect, the transfer should not be completed. The dealer should retain the firearm while the customer contacts BFS Gun Boss for instructions.

Prompt reporting of the issue helps ensure the situation can be resolved properly.

Accessories and Non Firearm Products

  • Accessories and non firearm products may be returned within fourteen days of delivery if the item is unused and remains in original packaging.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

  • Items showing signs of use or damage may not be eligible for return.

Manufacturer Warranty

Many firearms and accessories are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty service is generally handled directly by the manufacturer according to their policies.

Compliance Notice

All firearm purchases must comply with federal, state, and local laws.

Firearms purchased through this website ship only to a licensed Federal Firearms License dealer where the required background check and transfer paperwork must be completed before the firearm is released to the buyer.
