These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the BFS Gun Boss website and any services or products offered through it. By accessing this website or placing an order you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms you should not access or use this website.

Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to purchase firearms and firearm related products under federal, state, and local law. Federal law requires individuals to be at least 18 years of age to purchase rifles or shotguns and at least 21 years of age to purchase handguns or firearm receivers.

By using this website you confirm that you meet all legal requirements for purchasing firearms and related products.

Firearm Purchases

• All firearms purchased through BFS Gun Boss must ship to a licensed Federal Firearms License holder. Firearms do not ship directly to customers.

• The receiving FFL dealer will conduct the required background check and complete all legal transfer paperwork before releasing the firearm to the buyer. Buyers must complete ATF Form 4473 and pass the required background check before receiving a firearm.

• Transfer fees charged by the receiving dealer remain the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Compliance With Laws

Buyers are responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state, and local laws regarding firearm ownership and possession.

Orders placed for items restricted in the buyer’s jurisdiction may be canceled. BFS Gun Boss reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Shipping and FFL Transfers

All firearms ship to a valid Federal Firearms License dealer selected by the buyer. BFS Gun Boss must receive verification of the receiving dealer before shipment occurs.

Shipping times vary depending on product availability and dealer verification. Adult signature requirements may apply upon delivery.

Buyers are responsible for any transfer fees charged by the receiving dealer.

Background Check Denials

If a buyer fails the required background check the firearm must be returned through the receiving dealer. Shipping costs and restocking fees may apply.

Buyers remain responsible for any transfer or administrative fees charged by the receiving dealer.

Product Availability and Pricing

BFS Gun Boss strives to ensure accurate product listings and pricing. However errors may occur. BFS Gun Boss reserves the right to cancel or correct orders resulting from pricing or inventory errors.

Product availability may change without notice.

Intellectual Property

All content on the BFS Gun Boss website including logos, images, product descriptions, graphics, and text remain the property of BFS Gun Boss or its content providers. Unauthorized use or reproduction of website content is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

BFS Gun Boss is not responsible for misuse of firearms or products purchased through this website. Firearms must be handled and stored safely in accordance with all applicable laws and safety practices.
