This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through the BFS Gun Boss website are processed and delivered. Because firearms are regulated products, certain legal requirements must be followed before shipment and transfer.

Firearm Shipments

All firearms purchased through BFS Gun Boss are shipped only to a licensed Federal Firearms License dealer selected by the customer.

Federal law requires that all firearm transfers be completed through a licensed dealer. Firearms cannot be shipped directly to residential addresses.

The receiving dealer will conduct the required background check and complete all transfer paperwork before the firearm is released to the buyer.

Selecting a Receiving Dealer

  • Customers must provide the name and contact information of a licensed Federal Firearms License dealer who will receive the firearm shipment.

  • If a dealer is not selected during checkout, BFS Gun Boss will contact the customer to obtain the receiving dealer’s information before processing the order.

  • Orders may be delayed until the receiving dealer’s license is verified.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within one to three business days after payment has been received and the receiving dealer’s license has been verified.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability and distributor fulfillment times.

BFS Gun Boss ships orders using major carriers such as UPS or FedEx.

Firearm shipments require delivery to a licensed dealer and may require an adult signature upon delivery.
